I give notice that the Council have received the applications set out in the Schedule below.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other accompanying documents submitted at the Civic Offices, Knoll Street, Cleethorpes from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm during the period for making representations or online via the Council’s web site at http://www.nelincs.gov.uk/. Applications for development in the Habrough, Immingham and Stallingborough areas can also be viewed at the Civic Offices, Pelham Road, Immingham. If any of the planning applications below refer to a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, it may be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing. Any comments made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Anyone who wishes to make representations should respond to Development Management Services at Origin 1, 1 Origin Way, Europarc, Grimsby, DN37 9TZ by: 1st November 2012
 
Please Note: Signatures, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses attached to representations will not be shown on the Council’s web site but your name and address will be displayed. Anonymous representations will not be taken into account ie if no name and address are supplied.
