Roval Drive Sports Pavilion – Roval Drive, Immingham

Immingham Town Council has been successful in obtaining funding to completely renovate the old pavilion at Roval Drive. The completed building will become the home of Pilgrim Juniors AFC, who have a wide age range of junior boys and girls teams. The facility will also be available for general hire on a casual basis.Drawings have been prepared to show the required alterations and to obtain Building Control approval. The Contractor is to price for all the required structural works per the drawings with reference to the Schedule of Works which amends some of the internal finishes. Expressions of interest are invited from contractors who wish to bid for the works, in the first instance please contact the Town Clerk whose details are below. Final tenders will need to be submitted by 4^th April 2016.The Town Council has a fixed budget and it is expected that the prices submitted will be the main determinant as to who is awarded the contract. The successful contractor will be expected to use their initiative and work in collaboration with the Client to value engineer the scheme to hopefully improve the scheme whilst reducing costs where possible. The Contractor will be responsible for the design and installation of the electrical, mechanical, ventilation and plumbing design works necessary to serve the indicated facilities to comply with the required regulations.
