Immingham Town Council (ITC) is undertaking work to their existing building. The project aims to retain and refurbish the existing building, and extend where necessary, to provide a welcoming entrance, improve the internal organisation and rationalise the external appearance.
Extensions are proposed to infill the stepped footprint of the building. The single storey portion of the building will be rendered in a grey colour. An aluminium trellis system is proposed to the external walls to encourage planting.
Zinc canopies are proposed to the main entrance, rear entrance and the library entrance to the side of the building.
A start on site is anticipated in December 2015. The project has an approximate value of £350,000 and will be procured using the JCT Standard Form of Contract 2011.
ICC is looking for tenderers for the project and you are invited to express your interest by way of return email. Interested parties will be asked to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, which will be assessed by ITC. Successful candidates will be then invited to tender for the project.
Please request a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire no later than 5pm on 28th August 2015 by responding to this email (email@example.com).
